OUR PROGRAM
At UC Berkeley, faculty and students from across academic areas such as Law, Business, Medicine, Environmental Science, Technology, and Data Science will share expertise to find innovative solutions by problem-based/active learning, collecting data, and making analytical conclusions. As a participant, you could join them to learn techniques/concepts lead to understand cross-interdisciplinary phenomenon and solving problem in the real world. Attend classes/labs/field trips led by faculty from a variety of departments and learn to consider similar ideas from different academic perspectives, collaborating on a project and presenting your ideas to write a research paper under the supervision of researchers and faculty members.
2021 THEME
The theme of this program is to focus on Ergonomics on students and faculty from different fields. Through collaboration in public health research, the goal is to make the design of objects, systems, and environment used for humans easier to use in scientific ways by considering physical and cognitive characteristics.
